Finn Rieken

Finn Rieken has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Finn started their career at Clariant in 2015 as an Innovation Master Black Belt, before moving on to goetzpartners as a Manager in 2016. In 2019, they worked as a Management Consultant. From 2016 to 2019, Finn was involved in the corporate world, gaining experience in strategy and management. In 2020, they co-founded LabBench2Business and took on the role of CEO. Additionally, they served as a Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz starting in 2016. Finn continued their academic journey at ETH Zurich, where they pursued a PHD in 2018. Finn also worked as a Lecturer at Rhine-Waal University from 2020. Transitioning into the business realm, Finn served as a Strategy Director at GNT Group in 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Venture & Business Expert at VitrofluidiX. Finn has also taken on advisory roles, serving as an Advisory Board Member at Spot On Business Club and contributing to the industry as a whole.

Finn Rieken earned a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biotechnology from the Technical University of Munich in 2008. Finn then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same institution from 2008 to 2010. Finn later worked as a Research Associate and Lecturer in Innovation Management at Hochschule Koblenz from 2016 to 2022. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Innovation Management at ETH Zürich from 2018 to 2024.
