Emily Haynes

Emily Haynes currently serves as the Assistant Vice President, CFO and Controllership Advisory at Exbo Group, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Emily worked at Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EPRT) as the Director of Financial Analytics and previously the Director of Investments from April 2023 to April 2025. Emily's experience also includes working at EPR Properties from March 2019 to April 2023 as the Associate Director of Underwriting & Analysis and Investment Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed supporting the Vice President of Underwriting and Analysis as well as EPR’s leadership in real estate investment processes. Earlier roles include Fixed Income Analyst at Creative Planning Inc., Credit Analyst Intern at Octane Capital Ltd., and Finance Accounting Intern at State Street. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kansas State University, completed in 2018.
