James has over 20 years of teaching experience. His focus and passion for over 15 years have been working with students who may be deemed ‘vulnerable’. He has over 10 years experience of working as a SENCO and as a Pupil Premium Lead. James uses his experiences of high-performance leadership to develop trust-wide strategies to support vulnerable student groups.
