John Gentry

John Gentry is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Pernod Ricard since May 2019. In this role, John manages the HR Business Partner team and is involved in various HR focus areas, including talent management, succession planning, and employee relations. Prior to this, John held multiple roles at Transport for London from March 2004 to May 2019, including People Development Manager and HR Business Partner. John's earlier experience includes working as an HR Advisor in Training & Development at Rolls-Royce from May 2002 to April 2004. Academically, John holds an MCIPD in HR Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Derby.
