Velvet Siprian

Velvet Siprian is the President of Exceeds Consulting Inc., where responsibilities include instructional design and project management since December 1997. Previously, Velvet served as a Training Supervisor at US Cellular from 1997 to December 1999, overseeing 2-6 regional trainers and engaging in instructional design. Earlier professional experience includes positions as an Instructional Designer and Trainer at Seagate Software from September 1994 to August 1996, focusing on instructional design and software training. Velvet holds a Bachelor's degree from DeVry Institute of Technology, earned between 1990 and 1994.
