Timothy Tarver

Tim Tarver is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Founding Board Member at Exceed Geo Energy since April 2022, where efforts focus on leveraging geothermal energy to ensure job security for the Oil & Gas workforce. As President and Drilling Supervisor at Exceed Drilling Technologies since June 2016, Tim oversees drilling and exploration management, high-pressure high-temperature directional drilling, and research and development initiatives. Previous roles include Drilling Consultant at Antero Resources from November 2013 to June 2016, CEO at Excel Directional Technologies from October 2005 to December 2013, and Vice President of Directional Sales and Partner at DV8 Technologies from February 2002 to September 2005.
