John Rhea

John Rhea is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in investment banking, real estate development, and corporate leadership. Currently, John serves as a Partner at Centerview Partners and as a Member of the Board of Directors at State Street and Invitation Homes, where John also chairs the Compensation Committee. As the Managing Partner of RHEAL Capital Management, LLC, John specializes in urban revitalization projects. Previously, John held prominent roles at WhistlePig Whiskey as a founding investor and board member, as well as serving as President of Corporate Finance & Capital Markets at Siebert Williams Shank. John has also advised at Boston Consulting Group, led the New York City Housing Authority, and held leadership positions at Lehman Brothers and JPMorgan Chase. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Wesleyan University.
