Ben El-Qasem

Mr. Ben El-Qasem joined the Exceed LLC family in August of 2020 and brings a wealth of knowledge in federal and state contracting and program design, innovation and administration. Mr. El-Qasem is a seasoned Education and Training professional who dedicated over 20 years of his career advocating for individuals with various challenges, including socioeconomic disadvantage and equal access to education, and worked tirelessly to assist many of the nation’s youth to close the education and skill gaps in order to achieve economic independence and attain self-sufficiency and enrichment. Mr. El-Qasem’s career included various levels of positions in the Education and Training arena. He launched his career as a public school teacher and went on to hold leadership positions within Job Corps which is a federal workforce education and career technical training program within the United States Department of Labor. He served as Finance and Administration Director, Center Director, Corporate Director and also Corporate Vice President of Job Corps Operations. Mr. El-Qasem upholds and models the core values of integrity, honest and accountability.

Mr. El-Qasem graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and English from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Baltimore, Maryland.
