Ezeanne Fonge

Ezeanne Fonge currently serves as the Associate Director of Post-Secondary Support at Excel Academy Charter Schools, having held previous roles such as Senior Program Associate and Program Associate at Summer Search. In these positions, Ezeanne developed onboarding materials, conducted trainings, analyzed program data, and implemented a new mentoring model while supporting students through their educational journeys. Ezeanne's earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at both Harvard University Graduate School of Education and the University of Pennsylvania, where research focused on systemic issues affecting students. Ezeanne holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in African-American/Black Studies from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
