Julia Belicheva

Julia Beserman is a seasoned professional in the mortgage and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Mortgage Loan Processing Manager and Mortgage Loan Advisor/Sr. Loan Processor at Excel Realty and Mortgage since June 2016. Additionally, Julia holds the position of Operations Manager at Swift Restoration Inc since November 2019. Previous experience includes roles as Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor/Originator at Compass Mortgage Advisors and Mortgage Loan Processor/Originator at United Lending Partners, Inc. Julia possesses extensive expertise with various loan processing systems and compliance regulations, including Calyx Point, Encompass, DU, LP, and TRID guidelines, and has been involved in comprehensive loan origination processes throughout a career that began in 2009. Julia is an alumna of Arizona State University.
