Jennifer Davis, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Powell since April 2014, where responsibilities include strategic and tactical HR support across multiple divisions. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Vice President of Human Resources at Bergelectric, overseeing HR for over 2,000 employees and collaborating with executive leadership to shape the organization's HR vision. Jennifer also held the position of Director of Human Resources at IES Holdings, providing guidance and counsel in various HR areas, and has previously contributed to HR functions at Protiviti, Artios, and The Associates First Capital (Citigroup). Jennifer holds a BA in Communications and Business Management from Texas A&M University.
