Terry Morris

Terry Morris has extensive experience in program and account management, currently serving as a Senior Program/Account Manager at ExcelaCom since March 2007, where responsibilities include business development and overseeing multimillion-dollar systems implementations through cross-functional teams in an onshore/offshore model. Previously, as a Program Manager at Verizon from January 2000 to December 2006, Terry managed 17 external clients, ensuring successful commercial implementations of OSS/BSS applications generating approximately $65 million in annual revenue. Terry's career began at GTE Communications, where from January 1980 to December 1999, roles included Project Manager Consultant, directing the deployment of an Internet-based billing solution, and Senior Business Information Analyst, overseeing the implementation of Access Ordering and Billing environments in Canada and Europe, and supporting existing OSS and BSS operations.
