Yolanda Heisler is a Senior Policy Analyst at ExcelinEd, with a background that includes serving as a Government Analyst at the Executive Office of the Governor. Yolanda has held positions such as Policy Analyst at the Reason Foundation, focusing on Criminal Justice Reform, and Director of Student Policy at the Torchlight Campus Policy Center, where responsibilities included managing relationships with student leaders and overseeing policy coordinators. Experience also includes research assistant roles at The DeVoe L. Moore Center and Torchlight Campus Policy Center, as well as significant contributions as a Policy Fellow for Senator Annette Taddeo in the Florida Senate. Yolanda holds multiple degrees from Florida State University, including a Master of Science in Applied American Politics and Policy and a Bachelor's in Political Science and Government, complemented by a Bachelor's in Music.
