Carmelo Becas

Carmelo Becas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, business analysis, and process improvement. Currently serving as the Unit Manager for the Operations Technology Group at Excelitas Technologies Corp. since June 2021, Carmelo oversees global operations and enhances end-user experiences through detailed analytical reporting. Previously, in roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Chevron, Carmelo led initiatives focused on global business process excellence and automation workflows. With an early career as a Team Lead at Ingram Micro and a Buyer/Material Planner at Furukawa Electric Auto Parts Philippines, Carmelo developed skills in team management and inventory control. Carmelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Perpetual Help, attained in 2011.
