Currently serving as the Unit Manager for the Operations Technology Group at Excelitas Technologies Corp. since June 2021, Carmelo oversees global operations and enhances end-user experiences through detailed analytical reporting. Previously, in roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Chevron, Carmelo led initiatives focused on global business process excellence and automation workflows. With an early career as a Team Lead at Ingram Micro and a Buyer/Material Planner at Furukawa Electric Auto Parts Philippines, Carmelo developed skills in team management and inventory control. Carmelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Perpetual Help, attained in 2011.
