Jim Roche

Jim Roche began their work experience as an Operations Manager at MicroTouch in 1997. Jim then worked at 3M Touch Systems, starting as a Manufacturing Operations Manager and eventually becoming a Product Manager/Product Management Team Leader. During their time at 3M, Jim managed the development and production of touch products, leading a team responsible for product roadmaps and generating $150 million in annual revenue. Jim also served as an Interim Plant Manager and a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor. In 2009, Jim joined Excelitas Technologies Corp., where they started as a Director of Operations and later became the Senior Vice President of North America Operations. In this role, they held accountability for multiple manufacturing facilities, managed profit centers, and served a global customer base in various markets. Overall, Jim has extensive experience in operations management, product management, and leadership roles in manufacturing companies.

Jim Roche attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1995 to 1999 and obtained an MBA in General Business, Operations, and Marketing. Prior to that, they studied at Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1988 and earned a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. Jim Roche also holds a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment, obtained from Emtrain.
