Russell Carpenter

Russell Carpenter has a diverse work experience in business development and management roles in the defense industry. Russell is currently the Vice President of Business Development for Advanced Electronic and Optronic Systems at Excelitas Technologies Corp. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development at Leonardo Electronics US and Leonardo, where they were responsible for solving complex warfighting challenges and developing business opportunities. Russell has also worked at L3 Warrior Sensor Systems as the Director of US Army Business Development, focusing on developing next-generation Soldier capabilities. Russell has also held positions at SELEX Galileo Inc., Heaven's Strike LLC, and the United States Air Force, where they served in various roles including Chief Enlisted Manager, Joint Terminal Attack Controller, and Functional Area Manager.

Russell Carpenter holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management from Columbia College between 2011 and 2013. Russell'seducation history also includes an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, which they completed in 2003. Russell Carpenter received additional certification as a Professional Management Certified by the Community College of the Air Force, awarded by Air University in 2012.
