Rachel Bushman

Rachel Bushman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and legal services. Currently a Managing Consultant at Excella since May 2016, prior roles include Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant in Change Management. Rachel has also contributed to nonprofit efforts at the National Consumer Law Center, focusing on advancing economic fairness through legal research and analysis. Previous legal positions include clerkships at Bet Tzedek Legal Services, where Rachel supported impact litigation on housing issues. A graduate of William & Mary Law School with a Juris Doctor, Rachel also holds a BA in Economics, Business Administration, and Marketing from Whittier College. Additional experience spans various sectors, including finance, education, and project management.
