Husein Aldarawish

Husein Aldarawish has over 15 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Husein is currently working as the Group Human Resources Director at Excellence Logging, where they are responsible for designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to optimize talent acquisition and foster a positive work environment. Prior to this, Husein served as the Human Resources Director for the Eastern Hemisphere at Excellence Logging, where they provided direction and support to HR personnel across three regions. Husein has also worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Excellence Logging, where they provided guidance and consultation to district managers and managed quality improvement efforts. Before joining Excellence Logging, Husein was a Regional Human Capital Consultant at their own HR consultancy, where they provided consulting and leadership support to various businesses and startups. Husein also has experience as a Regional Human Resources Director at Outotec and as an Area Human Resources Manager at Schlumberger, where they spearheaded HR initiatives and managed staffing and employee relations. Husein began their career at Schlumberger as a Field Data Engineer and Mud Logging Geologist. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.

Husein Aldarawish completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management from Al Ghurair University in 2011. Husein also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geology and Environment, which they completed at The Hashemite University in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Husein has acquired additional certifications. Husein obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2022. In April 2020, they also obtained the certification for Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls from LinkedIn.
