Kayla Bechyne

Kayla Bechyne is a Talent Services Specialist at FTI since June 2023, previously serving as a People and Culture Intern at Lube-Tech and a Human Resources Intern at Kemps LLC. Kayla's experience includes roles in customer service and store management, such as Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, Head Cashier at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Shift Lead at Dunkin'. Kayla's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, complemented by a Human Resource Development Certification.
