Shannon Lackey

Shannon Lackey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they are a Member at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women executives. Prior to this, Shannon served as the SVP & Chief Merchandising Officer at Excelligence Learning Corp, where they developed and implemented merchandising and product development strategies. Shannon also held the position of Vice President of Merchandising at Hollar, where they were responsible for building and executing assortment and inventory strategies. Additionally, Shannon worked as a Business Development Consultant at Lackey Consulting Group, where they collaborated with clients on product development opportunities. Before that, they held various merchandise director roles at Petco, where they conceptualized and implemented merchandise strategies. Shannon started their career as an Assistant Buyer at Burlington Coat Factory, where they analyzed sales and inventory utilization.

Shannon Lackey attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing.
