Cynthia Cusimano

Cynthia Cusimano, MBA, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR Strategic Business Partnerships at Excellus BCBS since May 2021, Cynthia provides high-level consulting and strategic HR alignment. Prior roles include HR Consultant and Human Capital Management Business Partner at Empire Kitchen & Bath, Employee and Labor Relations Manager at Nazareth College, and People Resources Manager at ABVI-Goodwill. With a strong foundation in HR policies, talent management, compensation analysis, and employee relations, Cynthia has consistently driven initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Education includes an MBA in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo.
