Duncan Kemp

Duncan Kemp has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT security, currently serving as Director of Cybersecurity Technology & Operations at Excellus BCBS since March 2014, following roles as Manager of Security Operations and IT Security Analyst. Prior to joining Excellus BCBS, Duncan Kemp worked as an IT Security Analyst at Manning & Napier Advisors from December 2012 to March 2014 and held various positions at Kodak, including Security Analyst and Business Analyst, from February 1997 to December 2012. Early career experiences include roles at Shipman & Goodwin LLP, the Republican National Committee, Committee for America, and the US Small Business Administration. Duncan Kemp earned a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College.
