Ed Rowell

Ed Rowell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and analytics within the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Director of A&D Delivery and Portfolio Management at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield since January 2005. Rowell's expertise encompasses leading the Analytics & Data organization, overseeing project execution and the strategic use of enterprise data systems, including data warehousing and analytics tools such as Cognos, SAS, and Power BI. Previous roles include senior management positions focused on team leadership and project delivery, as well as various IT roles at Carrier Corporation. Rowell holds a BA in Business Administration from Columbia College and an AS in Data Processing from Onondaga Community College.
