Joseph Escobar possesses a robust background in healthcare management and nursing. Currently serving as the Manager of Medicare Case Management at Excellus BCBS since February 2020, Joseph has previously held positions as a Medicare Case Management Supervisor and in Disease Management. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Rochester Medical Center as an Assistant Nurse Manager in Pediatric Emergency, and at Golisano Children’s Hospital as a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology nurse.
