Kathleen Kiyak

Kathleen Kiyak's work experience includes various roles at Excellus BCBS, starting from July 2007. Kathleen began as a Business Consultant, responsible for financial budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial performance review. Kathleen also performed ad-hoc analysis and reporting based on headcount. Later, they became the Manager of Broker Administration & Sales Incentive Commercial Group & Retail Markets from September 2019 to September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategy, Data Management & Performance at Excellus BCBS from September 2022. In addition, Kathleen worked as an Independent Beachbody Coach since April 2015, providing motivation, support, and accountability to individuals seeking healthier lifestyles through exercise and nutrition. Prior to that, they were an Agency Specialist at Paychex from June 2003 to July 2007, where they reconciled payments and billing of Health Insurance Premium, resolved discrepancies, and performed reserve reporting.

Kathleen Kiyak completed their education at the State University of New York at Oswego from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Accounting.
