Hari Paramatmuni

Hari Paramatmuni has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Hari currently holds the position of Head Talent Acquisition at Excelra since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Hiring at Innominds from 2017 to 2018, and as the Director of Recruiting at ACL Digital from 2014 to 2017. Hari also worked as a Senior Recruiting Manager at NetCracker, a subsidiary of NEC Corporation, from 2010 to 2014. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini from 2006 to 2010 and as an Assistant Manager in HR at Kenexa Technologies, an IBM company, from 2005 to 2006.
