William George

William George, CFA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. William is currently the SVP of Investments at Excelsior Capital, a real estate private equity firm. Prior to this, they were a Vice President at Excelsior Capital, where they focused on investments, asset management, and investor relations. Before joining Excelsior Capital, they worked as an Analyst at Priam Capital, where they gained valuable experience in investment analysis. William also has experience in collateral management and capital markets from their time at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. William has worked as an Operations Analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities and interned at Duncan Williams Asset Management, Commercial Bank & Trust, and Wepfer Marine.

William George, CFA obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Auburn University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Memphis University School from 2006 to 2012. In addition to their education, William has also acquired certifications from the CFA Institute, including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2020, as well as the CFA Level I and Level II badges.
