Lauretta C. has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Lauretta started their career in 2001 at Superba, Inc. as the Vice President of In Store Services, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, Lauretta joined Phillips Van Heusen as the Vice President and General Manager, holding the position until 2010. Lauretta then moved on to Goodwill Industries of Greater NY and Northern NJ, where they served as the SVP of Retail Operations from 2011 to 2012. Currently, Lauretta is the President of Excelsior Merchandising Group Corp. since 2012.

Lauretta C. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance from Adelphi University. Lauretta has also completed a certification in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera in the year 2020.
