Yoann Alphonse-Felix

Yoann ALPHONSE-FELIX has extensive experience in industrial engineering and sustainability, currently serving as Directeur industriel et Développement Durable at eXcent - Ingénierie Industrielle since August 2006. In this role, Yoann focuses on strategic project management while ensuring alignment with social and environmental goals. Previous positions include Directeur Centre d'eXpertise and Directeur Business Unit Drilling Services, where responsibilities involved designing and integrating drilling tools for the aerospace sector. Additionally, Yoann is an active member of the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat and the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants d'entreprise, leading finance and administrative efforts since September 2020. As President of the Association Béton À Semer Ensemble from September 2020 to October 2022, Yoann promoted urban greening initiatives. Yoann holds an engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Polytech'Lille.
