Sena Avci

Sena Avci has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They currently work at Exceptionly as an Account Manager, where they are responsible for finding and delivering software talent to clients worldwide. Sena joined Exceptionly in April 2022 and continues to work there.

Prior to that, Sena worked at Getron as a Sales Operations Executive from January 2022 to April 2022.

From December 2019 to December 2021, Sena worked at TEI - TUSAş Engine Industries, Inc. as an International Business Development Engineer. In this role, they focused on maintaining marketing library, collecting and analyzing customer data, and developing a database for the total market environment.

Between February 2019 and December 2019, Sena worked at Philip Morris International as a Process Lead. They were involved in applying lean manufacturing techniques, guiding the shop floor in equipment transformation, and standardizing settings. Prior to that, Sena held the role of Process Engineer at the same company from February 2018 to February 2019. In this position, they were responsible for KPI reporting, performance tracking, and production planning. Before that, Sena worked as a Key Account Representative for Philip Morris International from June 2017 to February 2018, where they developed relationships with key accounts and managed over 200 Points of Sales.

Sena Avci has also been an Exchange Student and Culture Ambassador with AFS Intercultural Programs from September 2012 to June 2013. They spent a year in Italy, attending high school and staying with an Italian host family.

Sena Avci completed their high school education at Eskisehir Fatih Fen Lisesi from 2008 to 2012. Sena then attended Liceo Scientifico Technologico C. Rosatelli as an exchange student from 2012 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University from 2014 to 2018. In 2015, Sena Avci also took part in a Bachelor's Degree program in Sustainability Studies at Grenoble INP - Génie industriel for one year. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: "The Science of Sales" from LinkedIn in April 2022 and "Integrated Sales & Marketing Communications" from Sabancı University Executive Development Unit (EDU) in June 2021.
