Ryan Moxom

Vice President of Operations at Excess Telecom

Ryan Moxom has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ryan started their career at the U.S. Census Bureau in 2010 as a Crew Leader/Supervisor. Ryan then worked as a Legal Extern at the Athens Clarke-Gwinnett County Attorney's Office from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined USAC as a Program Manager and stayed there until 2016. Ryan then joined Verizon, where they held two roles. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Regulatory Team Lead - Network Implementation, and from 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Engineering Consultant - Compliance. In 2021, they moved to StandUp Wireless as the Director of Regulatory Compliance and stayed there until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, Ryan worked at AT&T as a Lead Product Manager. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at Excess Telecom, a position they have held since 2023.

Ryan Moxom obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of South Florida in 2009. Ryan then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating in 2014. In November of the same year, they obtained the certification of Bar Certified from the State Bar of Georgia.
