Will Morlidge

Will Morlidge has extensive experience in the engineering and quality management fields, serving as a Welding Engineering Technologist at Exchanger Industries since June 2012. Previously, Will held roles as Quality Manager and Safety Coordinator at Dahlson Industries, as well as Safety Coordinator and Quality Manager at Metal-Fab Industries Ltd., contributing to projects involving commercial and architectural steel. Before that, Will managed operations at National Oilwell Varco, starting at the acquisition of Bradon Industries in 2001 and overseeing the production of mobile oilfield and industrial equipment. Will holds a degree in Welding Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 1998 and 2000.
