Jake Weiss

Jake Weiss is an experienced professional with a background in asset management and finance. Currently serving as an Asset Manager and previously as an Asset Management Associate at ExchangeRight Real Estate since September 2021, Jake has developed expertise in real estate financial analysis and property management. Extensive experience with the U.S. Soccer Federation since March 2009 as a Soccer Referee highlights strong communication skills and rule enforcement. Prior roles include serving as an FP&A Analyst at Sunwater Capital, a Closing Coordinator at Prudential Financial, and a Staff Accountant at Management Systems International, where responsibilities encompassed financial oversight, market research, and training. Additional experience includes IT support coordination for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and a summer internship with the National Park Service. Jake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary Washington.
