Shannon Bailey

Shannon Bailey is currently an Investor Relations at ExchangeRight. Shannon was previously a Contestant Producer/Associate Producer (America's Got Talent) at Fremantle US from September 2014 to January 2019. There, they worked with Executive Producers, Co-EPs, and Senior Producers to produce 20+ hours of pre-taped content and 18 hours of live broadcast. Shannon also developed, conceptualized and created television segments, producing a wide range of talent including singers, comedians, magicians and variety acts. Bailey also liaised with art, lighting, reality, music, stage managers and directors to create the on stage performance of contestants, handled location permits and personal releases, conducted contestant interviews and story documents, scouted and booked locations, and travelled the country and helped run Open Call events. Prior to that, they were Casting Associate/Executive Assistant (America's Got Talent) at Fremantle from October 2013 to September 2014. Before that, they were an Executive Assistant at 'The Talk' at CBS Television Studios from March 2013 to October 2013. Bailey's first position in the industry was as an Audience Associate at CBS Corporation for 'The Talk' from March 2011 to March 2013.

Shannon Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from California State University, Long Beach in Art: Illustration and a B.A. from California State University, Northridge in Art. Shannon also attended Accademia Italiana- Firenze. Prior to their collegiate career, they attended Valencia High School.

They are on a team with Jacqueline Solorzano - Investor Relations, Kevin Steines - Chief Accounting Officer, and Janessa De La Riva - Investor Relations. Shannon Bailey reports to Dave Van Steenis, Chief Financial Officer.
