Pateel has a long history of working in various legal positions that have given their a wealth of experience to bring to their current role. Pateel then became a legal extern for the Tax Appeals Assistance Program before becoming an attorney at the Gourjian Law Group, P.C. Geoffrey started their career at Inland Securities Corporation in 2000 as a Regional Sales Associate. In 2003, they were promoted to wholesaler as Assistant Vice President by introducing new advisors to both REIT and 1031 programs. Just two years later, they were promoted again to Regional 1031 Exchange Manager to coordinate 1031 Exchange sales for the east coast. Geoffrey successfully increased the region's 1031 Exchange sales by 150%, bringing the east coast to the second highest sales region in the country. 

In 2008, Geoffrey was promoted to Vice President and served as the internal wholesaler for CA, AZ, and HI. Leveraging all of their previous expertise, they were able to maximize sales within their territory.

Shannon was previously a Contestant Producer/Associate Producer (America's Got Talent) at Fremantle US from September 2014 to January 2019.
