Leland Bailey

Leland Bailey is a seasoned technical project manager with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently at Excillum since February 2018, Leland drives projects from inception to completion, improving products through cost reduction and enhanced performance while collaborating with customers for continuous product improvement. Prior roles include system engineer responsibilities, ensuring compliance and successful product handovers, and various engineering positions focused on propulsion systems and solar technology. Leland's background features leadership in engineering at Blue Sky Energy, operational management at ProBuild Holdings, and warehouse experience at Columbia Distributing.
