Katie Fornes, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition with extensive experience in full life cycle recruiting and employee development. Currently serving as a Recruiting and Development Generalist at Excite Credit Union since July 2022, Katie partners with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs across California and North Carolina. Previously, Katie held roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Human Resources Generalist at The N2 Company, demonstrating a strong capability in recruitment and onboarding processes.
