Lindsey Luo

Lindsey Luo has over two decades of experience in IT support and system administration, currently serving as a System Administrator at Excite Credit Union since July 2019. Prior to this role, Lindsey held various positions at Technology Credit Union, including System Support Manager and Lead System Support Specialist, where responsibilities included providing day-to-day IT services, technical support, and network management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Desktop Support Technician at Cruel World Inc. and a Computer Support Specialist at Elite Group Computer System, focusing on desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and user account management. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
