Lindsay Cole serves as the Vice President of Recruitment at ECLAT Health Solutions Inc since July 2023 and at Excite Health Partners since June 2022. With a focus on healthcare recruitment, Lindsay specializes in sourcing Health Information Management (HIM) professionals, including medical coders, auditors, and clinical documentation improvement specialists. Lindsay holds a degree in Kinesiology and Health with a concentration in Public Health from Miami University, completed in 2022, and is a graduate of Solon High School.
