Currently the Head of People Operations at Exclaimer, Samara previously expanded a Series C cybersecurity startup from 250 to 350 employees while leading people operations and M&A due diligence. With expertise in HR tech, employee experience, and organizational change, Samara has a proven track record in enhancing workplace culture and operational efficiency. Samara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington.
