John Gillam

John Gillam has a work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Global Digital & Cloud Transformation IT Director at Exclusive Networks, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at TM Forum as the CTO & CDO, where they advised C-suite executives on leveraging standards in software and architecture. John led a team of developers and supported the development of TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) frameworks.

Gillam began their career at M-TEC Computer Services as a Technician/Services Engineer/Systems. John then moved to Datastream ICV as a Product Specialist before joining Infonet Services Corporation as a Systems Engineer/Senior Product Marketing Manager.

John Gillam attended Norwich City College from 1988 to 1990, where they earned a City & Guilds degree in Telecommunications. John then continued their education at Norwich City College from 1990 to 1993, obtaining an HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Prior to attending college, they attended Bracondale School from 1982 to 1988, but did not earn a degree or study a specific field.
