Mariana Urreiztieta

Mariana Urreiztieta has extensive work experience in human resources and labor law. Mariana currently holds the position of HR Director - Southern Europe at Exclusive Networks. Prior to this, they worked at Criteo, where they held various roles including Senior Change Management Partner - Transformation Office, HRBP - Southern Europe, and HR Operations Executive - Southern Europe. Mariana also gained experience in HR Operations at Vistaprint and worked as an HR Coordinator at GetYourHero. Before transitioning into HR, Mariana worked as a Labour & Employment Law Associate at D'Empaire.

Mariana Urreiztieta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Mariana then pursued a Labor Law Specialist degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2012 to 2015. Later on, they completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from EAE Business School in 2015-2016.

In terms of certifications, Mariana completed the Internal Coach Training Program: Fundamentals, Fulfillment & Balance from CTI Global Iberia in 2019. Mariana also obtained a DISCOVER Behaviour & motivators: train-the-trainer certification from DISCOVER by Mastermind in 2018.
