Shenoj Balaraman

Shenoj Balaraman has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Human Resources at ReBIT | Reserve Bank Information Technology Pvt Ltd. Shenoj joined the company in January 2017 and is currently still working there. Prior to this, they served as the Regional HR Head for Pune & Goa at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2004 to January 2017. Shenoj also worked at Zensar Technologies as a Recruitment professional from 2003 to 2005, and at Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd as a Recruitment Lead from 2000 to 2003. Their career began in 1998 at Emcure Pharma Ltd in the Pharma industry.
