Caitlin Austin

Caitlin Austin has extensive work experience in the marketing and communications field. Caitlin is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Exclusive Resorts since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Brand & Communications at Exclusive Resorts from November 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Exclusive Resorts, Caitlin founded Reid & Co. in April 2020. Caitlin also served as the Director of Marketing at Bienville from January 2018 to March 2020. Caitlin previously worked at Exclusive Resorts as the Director of Marketing from May 2015 to December 2018, and as the Director of Integrated Communications & Strategic Partnerships from January 2013 to May 2015. Caitlin has experience in public relations, having served as the Director of Public Relations at Portico by Exclusive Resorts from August 2012 to January 2014, and as the PR Director at Kerzner International from June 2010 to June 2012. Caitlin began their career as an Account Supervisor at Susan Magrino Agency from November 2006 to June 2010. Caitlin also worked as an Account Executive at Myriad International Marketing from November 2005 to November 2006. Before that, they gained experience as a Staff Writer/Editorial Assistant at Boston Herald from December 2003 to May 2004.
