Carlos Ornellas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consultancy and recruitment. Currently, Carlos serves as a Member at Panorama, a global community focused on diverse leadership perspectives, and as a Partner at EXEC, a Brazilian consultancy specializing in Executive Search and Leadership Development. Previously, Carlos held the position of Director of Industry and Logistics at HAYS Recruiting Experts Worldwide, where responsibilities included the recruitment of high-level executives and the implementation of assessment tools. Carlos has foundational experience through various internships in chemical processes and environmental laboratories. Academically, Carlos holds two MBAs in Strategic Business Leadership and People Management, as well as a degree from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
