Brian Dann

Brian Duggan, PCC, is an experienced executive coach and leadership consultant, currently serving as the Founder of The CoachBase since September 2023, where Brian collaborates with senior leaders to address critical challenges through tailored coaching and organizational development strategies. In addition, Duggan is a founding member of Coaching Corner, a network of over 100 coaches from prominent VC-backed startups and companies. Previous roles include Consultant at Loeb Leadership and Executive Coach at The Catalano Group, with a notable tenure as Head of Learning and Organizational Development at Casper, where leadership effectiveness was a primary focus. Duggan’s extensive coaching background is complemented by a degree in Theatre from Emerson College.
