Jeff Cogan

Jeff Cogan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Jeff started their career as a Marketing Intern at Toledo Mud Hens in 1993. Jeff then joined ADP as a District Manager from 1995 to 1996. In 1996, they joined Softchoice and held various roles, including Director of Sales, Director of Special Projects, Director of Strategic Partnerships, and Vice President of Sales for different regions. During their tenure at Softchoice, Jeff led teams and focused on driving growth, customer satisfaction, and leadership development. In 2013, they joined LinkedIn as a Director of Talent Solutions and later became a Senior Director, leading teams and supporting enterprise customers in talent attraction, development, and retention strategies. In 2020, Jeff took a sabbatical to spend time with their family. Jeff resumed their professional journey in 2021 at Top Hat as Vice President of Key Accounts and worked there until early 2022. In 2022, they joined NICE Ltd as an Account Executive and worked until 2023. Currently, Jeff is working at ExecOnline as a Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships.

Jeff Cogan attended Thomas Worthington High School from 1987 to 1990, focusing on College Prep. Jeff then pursued higher education at Ohio University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Sport Industry.
