Jon-Paul was one of the Co-Founders of M & L Analytics, where they helped organizations enter new markets and build sales pipelines. Jon-Paul collaborated with clients to develop work plans, project goals, budgets, quality control practices, risk mitigation plans, and staffing needs. Jon-Paul was involved with M & L Analytics from May 2014 to July 2021.

Earlier in their career, Jon-Paul worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at SeamlessDocs, where they helped organizations improve their workflows through their cutting-edge program. Jon-Paul also served as a General Manager, North America at Adam Smith International, assisting the organization in entering the North American market and establishing corporate partnerships.

Jon-Paul's experience also includes working as a Team Lead at Tesla Government Inc., where they managed a SaaS sales pipeline for US government agencies and private organizations. Jon-Paul also served as a Vice President at SSG, Inc., overseeing the growth of the company and managing business development, corporate partnerships, and strategy.

Before transitioning into the corporate world, Jon-Paul gained experience in legal roles. Jon-Paul worked in the Office of the Prosecutor at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, where they wrote policy and legal memoranda, intelligence briefs, and situational reports. Jon-Paul also served as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Coast Guard, where they wrote legal procedure overviews and researched and wrote memoranda on maritime regulations.
