Leslie is the Chief Customer Officer at ExecOnline, driving go-to-market design, building enterprise strategy, operation and enablement for commercial-facing teams, and delivering a seamless and integrated experience for clients. She brings deep expertise in technology and talent growth strategies and solutions, and has a proven track record of transforming business by leading large-scale change initiatives.

Prior to joining ExecOnline in 2020, Leslie was the CEO of STEMconnector where she led the firm's strategy and operations, engaged leaders across public and private sectors who collectively were re-envisioning the workforce, and identified strategies to increase the number of STEM-ready workers in the global talent pool.

Leslie was previously an executive at CEB, a professional services firm that assists C-level executives and business leaders primarily within IT, HR and R&D to develop talent growth strategies and solutions.

Leslie is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. As a New Orleans native, she developed an interest in education and community development and has been involved in supporting efforts in both New Orleans and Washington, DC., where she now resides with her husband, and two children.
