Smijai Peter, CPTD, is a Senior Director and Learning Business Partner at ExecOnline, leading learning and leadership initiatives for marquee clients since January 2019. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive learning journeys, facilitating team effectiveness, and using ROI methodology to drive learning effectiveness. Prior to ExecOnline, Smijai held various roles at Korn Ferry from March 2013 to January 2019, focusing on client advisory and organizational strategy. Early career experiences include internship and career development at Seton Hall University, as well as positions at Amnesty International and Austin Convention & Visitors Bureau. Smijai holds two master's degrees in Nonprofit Management Studies and Diplomacy and International Relations, along with a bachelor's degree in History and a Graduate Certificate in Global Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
